hi71 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi71 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hi71 platform at hi71.club, including all betting, casino, slots, crash games and fish shooting game services offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the hi71 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. hi71 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide such evidence may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. hi71 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to verify the age of any account holder at any time.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one (1) account on hi71 at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using a third party's details, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the hi71 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of hi71 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing. hi71 employees and their families are not permitted to hold player accounts.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

hi71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual promotion.

• All bonus funds must be rolled over (wagered) a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms and is also visible in the player's account bonus balance screen.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools within the player's wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time (subject to minimum withdrawal rules and KYC). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process following completion of wagering requirements.
• hi71 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or cancel a player's bonus balance if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or coordinated bonus farming activity. This includes placing opposite bets on the same event to hedge or guarantee a bonus payout.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example BPL season offers, Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh promotions) are time-limited and may be withdrawn without advance notice once the promotional period ends. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of their hi71 account regularly for current offers.

6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

hi71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hi71 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Using software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to automate betting or gaming activity, gain an unfair advantage over the platform, or circumvent any security or fairness mechanism deployed by hi71.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, collusion with other players or third parties, or using non-public information to gain a betting advantage. hi71 cooperates fully with any relevant investigation into such activities.
• Using a hi71 account to launder money, process payments for third parties, or conduct any activity that may constitute a breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. hi71 files reports with relevant authorities where required by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your hi71 account on your behalf. Each account must be operated solely by the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials, using shared devices without adequate precaution, or authorising proxy play is prohibited.

8. Amendments, Termination and Contact

hi71 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms, or to suspend or close a player account, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement or a business decision to cease offering services to a particular market. Where account closure is initiated by hi71, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC and AML compliance.
